Our Forge shop is equipped with friction screw presses and hammer with newly technologies electric automatic furnace.
The range of our components varies from 100gms to 10kgs.
We make rounds as well as varying other profile such as shaft, gear blanks, stack nuts ,fork, flanges, union hammer ,SS blocks and mounting Pins
All our forging machines are accompanied with induction heaters and a 3 way accept reject system.
Engineering & Design (Tool Room)
Dies are designed on VMC in house, Further lathes,Milling machine, surface grinders and flexible shaft grinders provide support in designing dies
Licences software such as solid works, delcam and Auto CAD are available for die design and drawing development.
